We recently completed a new map of Lake Palourde, Verret, Belle River, and surrounding waterways. While in the process of doing this map, we stumbled across Lake End Park and the power boat races held there each year. We'd like to thank the Morgan City Power Boat Association, the nice people at Lake End Park, Cajun Coast Tourism, the big city of Morgan City, St, Mary Parish, and the cool elected officials that have been so helpful (with the city AND the parish)
I talk to a LOT of people outside the area about Lake Verret, Palourde, Belle River, etc., and asked them if they go there. Most have the same response....it's been years. Well, check out our map and maybe it's time you consider coming back. A cool place with lots of cool people, many you can meet at this year's JAM!
We hope you like our new map. Make a run BEFORE The JAM and get familiar with the waterways.
